1. Custom Products
All custom outdoor kitchens or tailored kitchen cabinets are made according to the specifications you provide.
Due to the nature of customization, these products are generally non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or the product arrives damaged.
Please double-check all measurements and design specifications before confirming your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
2. Standard Products
Non-customized items may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your outdoor kitchen or cabinet arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damage or defect and your order number.
We will replace the item, repair it, or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
4. Order Cancellation
Cancellations before production are allowed, and a full refund will be issued.
Cancellations after production has started may not be possible due to the custom nature of the product.
5. How to Request a Refund

Our customer support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
